Shipping:

Once the order is placed, please allow 3 - 5 business days for you package to be shipped from our facility.

Orders cannot be canceled or changed after being placed.

We are NOT responsible for stolen packages. If the shipping carrier confirms delivery we are unable to issue a refund. If products are marked as delivered, you will need to contact the carrier regarding your package.

We are NOT responsible for any delays caused by UPS or USPS and will not refund shipping charges if UPS or USPS does not meet their shipping times. Please contact them directly if your items are not delivered on time.

When ordering ensure you enter your shipping address correctly. If your address is entered incorrectly, we will have to charge a reshipping fee if the order is sent back to us.

Return Policy:

Shipped Items: Store Credit or exchange will be accepted within 14 days from the date the merchandise is received with original tags secured and the original condition they were received.

Pick Up in Store: Items can be returned for a store credit or exchanged within 10 days of the date of purchase.

We do not allow returns for jewelry, eyewear, or sale items. This includes items purchased with a coupon and or a promotional code.
